Standard Lettermail is sent via Canada Post without tracking or postal insurance. Rates are based on card count (1–3 cards: $2.00 CAD, 4–8 cards: $2.50 CAD, 9–15 cards: $3.50 CAD). Orders containing 16 or more cards exceed envelope limits and require Tracked Bubble Mailer ($15.00 CAD). By selecting Lettermail, the buyer expressly acknowledges that New Bark Collectibles is not liable for delayed, damaged, misdirected, or lost envelopes once handed over to Canada Post. Local pickup is available free of charge exclusively within the St. Thomas, Ontario area.
To prevent cart hoarding and guarantee fair access to inventory, cards are temporarily reserved for exactly 30 minutes upon submission. If Interac e-Transfer payment matching the exact total and order memo is not received within this window, the hold automatically cancels, the security token expires, and cards return to public inventory.
Due to the volatile and speculative nature of the collectible trading card market, all card sales are final once payment is verified. We do not accept returns, refunds, or market price adjustments. Orders may be freely abandoned prior to sending payment.
